Most people have certain favorite "over the counter" medications for "chills & ills". It is just as easy to get a headache or catch a cold while on vacation as it is at home, so be prepared. Also, don't forget to take enough of the prescription medications that you take on a regular basis, along with a written prescription (you may lose the bottle or need a refill) Here's a list to get you started: |
