At
time of car rental pickup read the car rental agreement
carefully and only sign/initial for what you have prepaid, or what is stated
on the voucher
Do not sign/initial for PM (Personal
Accident Insurance) unless you wish to pay for it directly to the supplier.
We encourage our clients to
pre-purchase CDW protection at the time of booking. This greatly reduces your liability and
expense in the event of an accident.
Cars are generally supplied with full
tanks of gas, please verify this upon pickup and ensure that the tank is full
upon return. Local charges can vary and can be quite high. Some car rental
locations may request an imprint of your credit card, which will not be used
if you return the car with a full tank and no additional charges exist.
Any client wishing to extend rental
times or upgrade the vehicle will be doing so at local charges from the
rental location.
Upon pickup, inspect your car. If you
are dissatisfied with the standard or condition of the car, we suggest you
report to the rental location immediately. Claims cannot be assessed after
completion of the rental.
No refunds are given on rentals under 3
days.
Any mechanical difficulties should be
reported to the supplier immediately. Ask for emergency phone numbers at the
time of pickup.
If you are dropping your car at another
location, request details for drop-off at time off pickup
Vouchers supplied to you must be
presented at the time of pickup. If the voucher is lost or stolen please
notify your agent. Arriving without it may result in being charged for full
rental at local rental rates.
Allow plenty of time when you return
your car rental. Make sure you receive
a receipt verifying that you have returned the car, showing the date and
time.
Always retain copies of any documents
you have signed (rental agreements, credit card slips, etc.) for at least 6
months from your date of return.
