Tired of waiting on hold?  Don't know which flights are best for you?  Then let us make your "Frequent Flyer Ticket Reservations for you.  You are "hiring" us to search on your behalf and we can use our resources to search for flight that are in your best interest.  We work with all airline and credit card "cardmile" programs.  Our fee will be in addition to any fees your program may charge in processing your flights.  In the event no space is available, or that schedules do not suit your needs, our fee will be charged to cover our time working on your behalf

For valid card holders, we will coordinate your paying Business Class Ticket with the Free ticket (applicable taxes will apply).  AMX will also levy an authorization fee of approx $60, which is directly billed to your AMX card.

If you are taking a cruise, no fee will be charged If your flights are issued by the cruise line. 

If you are taking an escorted tour, no fee will be charged if your flights are issued by the Tour Operator

  • Covers the time for us to explore flight schedules and connections that work the best to fit your schedule or plans
  • Our extensive knowledge of airlines and connections allows us to consider routings you may not even be aware of
  • We consider all travel options to get you to your destination (flights may not be the best option)
• Pricing
  • Once we have your schedule in mind, we have numerous resources (some not available to the public) to price your desired itinerary.  We search, our airline GDS system, web providers, consolidators and airline sites.  Once we have a fare estimate, we them begin making modifications to suit your price and time guidelines to your best advantage.
  • Everyone knows, that sometimes by just looking at an earlier or later flight can save you $$$, but we combine that with alternative flight options for an extra way to save. 
  • But almost everyone has a limit to what they would consider doing given their time restraints, thats where our expertise comes in--we can advise  what would be a practical option versus a schedule thats just "crazy to save a few $$$.
• Ticketing
  • Once we have your itinerary and price, we can generally hold your flights from 6 -24 hrs.  Airline and other websites pretty much force you to finalize your flights within minutes, which might cause you to make a hasty decision you'd regret.
  • This also allows us time to make sure that the flights will work with the other componets of your trip.
  • We then proceed with proper ticketing
  • We verify your ticketed status.  We know what the airlines need to validate and confirm your flight and instantly receive your ticket numbers so you know you are booked and confirmed.

• Flight Itinerary Follow-thru
  • We transmit your Frequent Flyer, Seating, meal and special request to the airlines
  • We follow TSA "Secure Flight" guidelines to transmit your information via secure channel to airline and TSA authorities to minimize checkin and security delays.
  • We monitor your itinerary for schedule changes and "mis-connects". 
  • We are in contact with the airlines to re-book your cancelled flights to YOUR best advantage, not just what they want to book you on.
