ARE YOU CONSIDERING A TAKING A GROUP TOUR?

We thought we would explain a few terms when considering a "Group Tour"

 

• Visit:  This means the tour bus will stop with enough time to see the specific site
• View:  A photo stop of about 15 minute
• See:  The bus will drive by the site
• Transfers:  A motorcoach or van from the airport to your hotel and vv.
• Local Guide:  A professional guide with specialized expertise in a specific city, region or site.
• Tour Director:  A tour escort, who is responsible to see that your tour runs smoothly and on time.  He or she travels with you, coordinates hotel checkin and advises on what to do in your free time
• Orientation Tour:  Places of interest are pointed out- but you are given time to explore on your town
• Luggage:  Most tours will limit your luggage to 1 suitcase and 1 carryon
• Tips:  Many tour companies include gratuties and service charges in the package, its best to ask when booking your tour
• Additional charges:  Optional excursions, Room Service, Phone Calls, Alcoholic Drinks, like wine, beer and soft drinks may not be included in your touring meals.
