A $100.00 trip planning fee is required to begin working on all international destinations.

(Caribbean, Mexico, Canada excluded)

For us its not a hobby, but our profession and we take it seriously.........and we take planning your trip VERY seriously.   Much like meeting with your accountant, or attorney, you've come to us seeking the advice of a professional.

• We will begin with either meeting with you in person, or set a time for an uninterrupted call.  Where we can discuss all of your ideas un interrupted.  We look   This is an organizational meeting so we can look at the "big" picture so we won't miss any details.

Everyone has personal needs and desires when deciding to take a trip.

We want to know how you made your decision and the factors that influenced your decision

Were you influenced by suggestions from family, neighbors, friends, or co-workers?  Did your personal interests play a factor or was it something you saw on TV?  Perhaps you need to attend a meeting or a special event.  Many times the answer is not clear, but  a combination of influences.  Its our job to work as experienced travel planners to put together a trip that will be what you want

Relying on our personal experience and industry knowledge we can help to to put into perspective if the destination will live up to your expectations.  We will advise the appropriate length of time needed to visit the location(s).  You might have overlooked seeing or doing something really special in the area or nearby.   We often find that many clients try to take on too much, and end up with an exhaustive itinerary, not understanding travel distances and transport methods that are best for the area. 

We will help you prioritize you goals and obtain your holiday objectives.

 

• From our initial meeting we will then begin work on your trip plan, by creating a detailed calendar schedule to help you visualize your holiday.  We will stay in close contact with you to review confirmations and stay on top of payment deadlines

 

• Then 2-3 weeks prior to your departure we will schedule a Final Trip Briefing, so we can "walk" you through each day of your holiday and explain each confirmed item to help you understand the details of each booking.  You will received one of our "legendary" trip booklets that documents every aspect of your holiday so you can stay on track once you set off on your trip.   If you can't meet with us in person, we'll schedule a call once you have received your booklet and documents.

 

• During your holiday we are available should you have questions that might arise.

 

• When you return we will want your feedback on each confirmed item and to evaluate our service.
